1. Q: What makes Covenant Lighting’s business model different from the traditional lighting importers?
   A: We are a different company, driven by principles, not policies. We offer a guarantee to ensure the success and profitability of our showroom partners. A major difference is that our primary warehouse is in China, which greatly reduces operating expenses. We remove cost from the system, and put it on your bottom line.

2. Q: Where do I place my orders?
   A: Orders can be faxed or emailed to our Chattanooga, TN office, at your convenience. Please call or email our office for your password, so you can review prices and place orders online.

3. Q: What is the minimum prepaid freight order?
   A: Orders over $1,500 will be shipped freight prepaid and allowed, to your door. Orders under $1,500 will be shipped freight prepaid, and added to your invoice.

4. Q: What are standard payment terms?
   A: Our normal terms are 1% 10 days, net 30.

5. Q: Can I pay by credit card?
   A: Yes, we take M/C, Visa, AMEX and Discover. However, payment terms for credit card payments are net 10 days upon receipt of shipment.

6. Q: How are RGA’s handled?
   A: We maintain parts, including chain, at no charge for immediate shipment to you. If we are unable to timely meet your parts request, or if fixture is badly damaged, in YOUR opinion, you may take a field credit immediately. You decide.

7. Q: Does Covenant Lighting have outside sales reps?
   A: No, we have decided that the average rep commission of 5%-10% should go to your bottom line, and you be responsible for hanging fixtures, and other sales related items. Plus, you no longer need a rep to handle RGA’s under our field credit program. Our internal sales department will handle all your other needs.

8. Q: How long is the average shipping time for orders?
   A:Because of our product guarantee, we encourage you to keep orders in the pipeline, and try to place regular orders on a weekly basis. Orders received by 3pm eastern time are generally shipped that day.

   A: Our online catalog contains all of our products.

10. Q: Can I order extra chain?
    A: Yes, however, all fixtures come with 10’ chain, and 12’ wire. Mini-pendants come with 5’ chain (or rods), and 8’ wire. Extra chain will be provided at N/C should you need it.
